I started watching elections in 2004. I was tracking the races, though not very deeply. After seeing polls with generous Democratic numbers, I decided to try making a formula to predict the 2006 midterms. I came somewhat close and got hooked, so I tried again in 2008 and beyond. For the 2020 election, I incorporated data science to predict those results. I came close again but was still off in the House races. Now I am going to try data science with more demographic numbers to predict 2022 and 2024.
